I am currently employed full - time at HCLTech as an Application Pachager ( I joined HCL right after 12th through the TechBee program). I have 4 + years of work experience and I have also recently completed last semester of B.Sc in computing & Design form BITS Pilani ( WILP) .I 'm confused about my next steps and need building a clear , realistic career plan.I enjoy technical work but feel limited in my current role and am unhappy with the salary and growth prospects. I' m interested in moving into a more technical / modern domain ( software development , UI/UX , or data science), but feel like I'd be starting form scratch and don't know which path best fits my strength and long- term goals. I'm considering higher studies ( MBA or a master's abroad , E.g. Germany) but don't know whether to apply now or gain more experience first, which programs fit my profile , and how to meet eligibility/ entry requirements. I'm also open for finding out new career options.
